Mortgage Affordability Calculator

If you are in the market for a home or are just curious, then this calculator is perfect for you!

In this calculator, you can add information like home prices, interest rates, your income, and more! The purpose is to give a decent idea on what you can afford for a mortgage and if you are in a great position to do so.

Once you enter your personal and home information, the calculator will get to work! Your Debt-to-Income and Monthly Payment will automatically update based on your numbers.

If your down payment is less than 20% of the home price, then a 1% PMI will be automatically added to your Monthly Payment.

The Debt-to-Income Rating will give you an idea of how you are doing compared to what websites like Zillow and Redfin recommend!
